Subscription & Order Cancellation:

Please note that all ‘Hair Sanjeevani’ subscriptions/orders are cancellable.
Please write to us at [email protected] or call us at +91 9811227827 (9am-6pm, Mon-Sat) requesting a cancellation. We process the request within 24-48 hours and you will not be charged anymore after that. If in case, you are charged for the next subscription cycle/order during this window (after a request has been raised and before the cancellation was successful), please let us know and we will initiate a refund for this transaction. You will be eligible for a 100% refund. (Please read the “Refund” section below).

Cancellations after Shipping: For cancellation requests that come in after the products have been shipped, a ‘Shipping & Handling’ Fee of Rs. 200/- will be adjusted against the refundable amount.

Refund Policy :

Refunds will be issued only for the orders cancelled before delivery to the customer.

In case of a damaged product, a replacement product will be sent and no refund will be processed.

Sale of product is final and no returns and refund will be entertained after the the product has been delivered to customers.

For prepaid orders/subscriptions, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of receiving the returned products. In case of Cash on Delivery orders/subscriptions, a refund will be made to the bank account that you will have to provide along with the refund request.
The ongoing subscription will also be automatically cancelled when a refund is requested.


If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. In such cases no refund will be provided and only a replacement  product will be provided.  In case the customer has accepted delivery of a damaged product, the customer has to send back the product for replacement. The return shipment charges will be born by the customer.
